Monthly Smoothie Recipe This is one of my favorites!

2 cups of filtered water or coconut water 4 stems of Kale 2 handfuls of spinach 3 stems of mint 1 Banana 1 Orange (peeled and chopped) 1 Lemon (peeled and chopped) 1/2 cup of pineapple

Blend on maximum speed for about 2 minutes. If it is a little thicker for your liking add a little bit more water and continue blending. Makes 2 servings!
