On January 31, OnPointe Training was honored to be among six fitness studios to partake in The Sweat Challenge. The one-day, back-to-back sweat sessions were hosted by Sweat Republic and Athleta, with Girls on the Run as the benefactor. Several fitness lovers enjoyed classes ranging from yoga to surfset and pilates to cycle with a refuel break in between classes. The challenge ended in a celebration at the Athleta Activewear store on Fillmore Street. Studio junkies ate healthy snacks, enjoyed tasty drinks, and had the opportunity to meet some of the girls from Girls on the Run.
