Hi, I'm Penelope, OnPointe Training's new mascot! I'm so dog-gone excited you visited our page. I truly hope you will come visit me at the studio to do Pilates with Penelope. I know training can be ruff, so I want to offer you some words of advice on fitness.  

1. Always be positive and give 100%

It's what I do best. Well, that and digging.

Chase your goals...or pigeons if you prefer. I like to pounce on them!

 

3. Get plenty of rest

Anyone who says otherwise is full of cat litter.
