All of us at OnPointe Training count ourselves lucky we get to spend our days with such incredible people. Our clients make huge strides in the studio, then leave to create magic in their professional and family lives as well. Pilates is all about multitasking, and our clients have mastered multitasking in every facet of their lives.

Witnessing this has made us realize there are everyday superheroes all around us. But then we realized something even more profound: they don’t know how amazing they are!

We decided to celebrate all the everyday superheroes out there with this campaign: Build Yourself. OnPointe. 

Build Yourself. OnPointe. is a reminder that what you do in the studio directly connects with what you do outside of it. It’s a statement about how, when you take care of yourself, you are much better equipped to take care of everyone else. It’s a celebration of the fact that your body amounts to so much more than it’s shape. 

For the next few months, we’re going to celebrate this movement by sharing photos of our clients, real people, demonstrating the ways they build themselves in and outside of OnPointe Training.

We hope it will inspire you to build yourself, too.
