If you've never done Pilates before, we highly recommend starting with a few Private Training sessions to get a feel for the nuance of the movement and the machines. Even if you've been doing Pilates classes for a decade, Private Training is a great way to check in so you can be sure to get the most out of your class.

Kaitlyn Rhoades, Founder of OnPointe Pilates, started the studio in 2013 because she wanted to build your not so average Pilates studio. Pilates was meant for everyone. We have taken the expected out of your normal studio and have made it fun, comfortable and inviting so if you are new to Pilates you are not intimidated by it. With over 10 years of experience and a Master in Rehabilitation Science and Research, Kaitlyn's specialty is corrective exercise and working with those injuries that might feel impossible to heal from. Working with the top Physical Therapists in the area, Kaitlyn's passion is getting you back to what you love to do.
