Studio Terms and Conditions
All Classes and Private bookings are done online via the On Pointe Mindbody site, in studio, on the phone, in person or requested through email. Email requests are not booked until confirmation is received from On Pointe staff.
Class cancellations must be done 12-hours prior to the class scheduled. Failure to cancel class prior to 12-hour window will result in forfeiture of class from package or membership. Unlimited Monthly Members will be charged a $12 late cancel fee.
Private training and Physical Therapy session cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel outside of that 24-hour period will result in forfeiture of the session.
Class, Private Training and Physical Therapy Appointment Procedures
All Participants are expected to arrive 5 minutes before class begins.
Each client class, private or otherwise will be afforded a 5-minute grace period to arrive to class. If class participant is not present within the first five minutes of class their spot will be forfeited to the next person on the waitlist for said class.
If there is an illness or an injury preventing you from attending your class, private or physical therapy session please come early to class/session and speak with your instructor or call us to let us know. Extenuating circumstances like these will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
On Pointe Pilates is happy to offer storage for personal belongings during your workout. Using the onsite storage is completely “at will” and On Pointe Pilates is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen from said storage.
On Pointe is happy to offer convenient online booking through Mindbody.
Your mindbody account is yours and yours alone and you are responsible for your own account.
Booking classes from your account for another person or using someone else’s account to book a class for yourself is strictly prohibited and can lead to disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from the studio.
If you are having issues with your mindbody account or you feel it has been compromised please email your concern to email@example.com and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
All Sales are final.
Private training and Class packages have no expiration date.
No “gifting” of classes or sessions to another On Pointe client or any other individual. Your sessions are for your use only. No exceptions.
All members will be allotted “buddy passes” to bring guests into the studio. These passes must be used by first time clients, no exceptions.
Allotment of buddy passes is at the sole discretion of On Pointe Pilates.
Monthly recurring memberships are activated on the date of purchase.
Payment for memberships will recur every month on the corresponding day in the following month for the length of the agreement barring the membership wasn’t frozen previously.
Freezing Policy – If you are leaving town for a period greater than or equal to 10 days you may freeze your membership for that timeframe. Please be aware that this will change the date of your recurring payment. If you are sick or sustain an injury that impedes your ability to use the facility, please let us know and we will be happy to freeze the membership as well.
Purchasers of the “$149 New Client Special” will have their unlimited two weeks start upon the date of their first class or the date on which their first class is booked.
We reserve the right to terminate the membership or package and revoke the right to be on On Pointe premises to anyone that: endangers themselves, endangers others, endangers staff or endangers the studio.
We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time at our discretion.
Please review this agreement periodically to stay up to date on any changes that may have occurred.
If you do not agree with anything written or stated in this agreement, please discontinue use of the facility and On Pointe Pilates.
