3 Tips on Fitness from New Mascot Penelope
Hi, I'm Penelope, OnPointe Training's new mascot! I'm so dog-gone excited you visited our page. I truly hope you will come visit me at the studio to do Pilates with Penelope. I know training can be ruff, so I want to offer you some words of advice on fitness.

Anyone who says otherwise is full of cat litter.
